1. Digital Services Policy

All services offered are digital and customized in nature, including SEO, paid ads management, social media marketing, content marketing, and consulting. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not applicable once the work has started.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Payment was made, but the service has not yet started
  • A duplicate payment was made by mistake
  • A refund is explicitly agreed upon in writing before project commencement

Any refund decision will be made at the sole discretion of Udit Khanna.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Work has already started or partially completed
  • Delay caused by lack of client response, access, or approvals
  • Dissatisfaction based on expectations of guaranteed results (rankings, leads, sales, ROI)
  • Change of mind after project initiation
  • Monthly retainers or subscription-based services after billing

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request service cancellation by providing written notice via email or WhatsApp.

  • Services already delivered will be billed accordingly
  • No refunds will be issued for completed or ongoing work

5. Processing of Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method
  • Transaction or gateway charges (if any) may be deducted

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact me directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate service termination and legal action if required.
